All services are charged by an hourly rate which may differ per stylist. A consultation is required for all new color services to provide an appropriote time estimate to achieve your hair goals.

When scheduling your service a valid credit card is required on file through our online booking site.

We understand life happens but we ask you provide more than 24 hour notice of your scheduled service for any cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 25% of your total services.

Should you have multiple late cancellations Opalescence Salon will no longer allow future appointments to be scheudled.

Failure to arrive for a scheudled appointment will not only result in a 25% cancellation fee but Opalescence Salon will no longer allow future scheduled services.

Our team is extremely talented, but if you are ever unhappy we will gladly and graciously make any adjustments. We do not offer refunds for any services. If you are not 100% in love with your hair please let us know within 7 days of the provided service and we will do our best to meet your goal.
